By using nurupress.com or nurupress.fr (“the site”), you agree to the terms below. They are short; please read them.

1. What the site offers

The site presents the catalogue of Nuru Press, a brand of SAS KEVMAN, and the Nuits Calmes audio collection. It sells nothing directly: books are sold by Amazon under Amazon's terms; audio tracks are streamed by YouTube under YouTube's terms. Nuru Press is not responsible for the operation of those platforms.

2. Intellectual property

Texts, illustrations, recordings, covers and the Nuru Press brand are the property of SAS KEVMAN or used under licence. You may view them and share links to them. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written consent is prohibited. The Crimson Text and Lato typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License; the background sounds of the Nuits Calmes collection under the Pixabay licence.

Books that grant a photocopy permission (for example to a practitioner or a classroom) say so in their pages; that permission is limited to what is written there.

3. Content and no medical advice

The content of the site and of the Nuits Calmes collection is an invitation to unwind and to calmer evenings. It is not personalised medical, psychological or educational advice and does not replace care from a professional. If your sleep or your health worries you, see a doctor.

The workbooks are supplementary practice material; they do not replace a curriculum or a teacher.

4. YouTube publishing tool

Nuru Press's internal publishing tool uses YouTube API Services. Its use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, which the publisher agrees to by using it, and to the Google Privacy Policy. See the privacy policy.

5. External links

The site links to Amazon, YouTube and a few Google pages. Those sites are not under our control; we are not responsible for their content or availability.

6. Liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, without guaranteeing the absence of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, SAS KEVMAN is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
