Nuru Press

Privacy policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Nuru Press is a brand of SAS KEVMAN (59 rue de Ponthieu, bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France). This page describes what we do with the data that passes through this website and through the internal tools we use to publish our catalogue. The short answer: almost nothing.

1. This website

nurupress.com and nurupress.fr are static pages. They set no cookies and embed no analytics, no social buttons and no fonts loaded from third-party servers. Everything you see is served from our own hosting.

Like any web server, our host keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, date, browser) for a limited time, for security and to keep the service running. We do not combine them with any other data.

Links to Amazon and YouTube lead to sites with their own privacy policies. We receive no personal data from them about your visits or purchases.

2. If you write to us

If you contact us at hello@kevman.app, we use your address only to reply. We do not add it to any list or pass it on to anyone.

3. Internal YouTube publishing tool

To publish the tracks of the Nuits Calmes collection, we use a small program developed in-house, registered with Google under the name “Nuru Press” and connected to the YouTube Data API. It is used only by the publisher, on the publisher's own channels. No visitor to this site and no listener of the channel is ever connected to it.

What the tool does

What it does not do

Storage and retention

The access token issued by Google is stored only on the publisher's computer, in a protected file, and is never copied to a code repository or a server. The information read (video identifiers and titles) is kept in a local register for as long as the collection is maintained. Access can be revoked at any time from the Third-party apps page of the Google account concerned; the token then stops working.

YouTube API Services

This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the publisher agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data processed by Google is handled under the Google Privacy Policy.

This tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask us what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. In practice, apart from the emails you send us, we hold none. Write to hello@kevman.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

5. Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top is updated. Earlier versions are available on request.
